Mr. Surender Kumar Gupta Managing Director
He is an FCA, FCS, ICWA and completed B.Com (Hons.) from SRCC. He founded the Company in 1999, and has been involved in capital markets since last 36 years. His single-minded emphasis for transparent dealings is making us set a gold standard, which further inspires the team to do more.
Dr. (Mrs) Renu Gupta Non-Executive Director
She is B.H.M.S. (Lko), M.D.in Organon of Medicine, and DNYS (Naturopathy). She co-founded the Company in 1999. She has her own practice, and also directs efforts towards welfare of the disadvantaged.
Dr. Alok Garg Director
He is a Law Graduate and has Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He is associated with company since 1999. He has been actively advising clients over 30 years and is a trusted name in capital markets. He was recently awarded a PhD in Education Management as well.
Mr. Saurabh Bansal Executive Director
He is a CA rank-holder and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He has worked in the Assurance practise of EY and with Morgan Stanley IB. Accelerating Investor education, fairness and quality advise are his core focus. He is a movie enthusiast and an avid runner.
